An assessment of your home to help ensure its suitability as you age

At Home Chesapeake has developed, in conjunction with an architect (certified) in senior housing, a detailed check list for evaluation of your home.

At Home Chesapeake will coordinate a visit from this architect to review all of the possibilities for an aging in place plan for your home. You can accept all or none or some of the recommendations made.

At Home Chesapeake has developed this unique relationship over the years and the architect has proved to be an excellent partner as we consider our aging in place needs.
